The LAUCO shot blast machine redefines the cleaning process with a continuous tunnel chamber fed by a horizontal inlet and outlet roller conveyor. Its versatile design adapts to different workpiece sizes and ensures cleaning in a single pass.

After the treated workpieces have passed through the blast chamber on driven roller conveyors, they exit the machine free of abrasive residue thanks to integrated brushing and blow-off devices.

Blasting of steel plates and profiles: Ideal for steel plates and profiles.

Pipe cleaning: Ensures the internal and external cleanliness of pipes and lines.
The length of the external roller conveyor can be adjusted, with variable speed control.
