The most powerful among the mobile dust extractors
Mobile dust extractors of the Vacomat series are suitable for extracting dust and chip material. Dust extractors are often used as single or multi-machine extraction systems in small and medium-sized companies with air volumes of up to 8,000 m³/h.

Our mobile dust extractors are tested according to the regulations of the Wood Trade Association. With the H3 (residual dust content < 0.1 mg/m³) and GS (tested safety) test marks, Vacomats can also be installed indoors in the workshop. To ensure healthy return air, we only use our high-quality filter material of dust class "M".

Our dust extractors achieve low electricity costs for environmentally friendly extraction operation thanks to energy-saving, high-efficiency motors "made in Germany."
Cleaning methods for our mobile dust extractors
• Pneumatic-mechanical cleaning (designated XP)
using a patented vibration system by "knocking out"; compressed air connection required; starts manually as needed when the processing machine is switched off
• Electro-mechanical cleaning (designated XPe)
using an efficient vibration motor; no compressed air connection required; starts automatically after the processing machine is switched off
• Compressed air cleaning (optional)
for continuous operation, no extraction breaks necessary,
especially recommended for the finest and special dusts from CFRP, GRP, gypsum, etc.
Vacomat 250 XP, 300 XP, and 350 XP dust extractors are supplied with an automatic control cabinet: automatic fan start-up, automatic filter regeneration
