Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling and sealing of flat bags or stand-up pouches (doypacks) without zipper. Suitable for small flat and stand-up bags. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger, weigher, volumetric dosing, liquid and paste dosing units, etc.). One bag is handled per machine cycle. 1 dosing unit is normally used and accordingly 1 charging hopper is mounted. The possibility to upgrade the machine with a second dosing unit and charging hopper does exist , either to handle two different materials or to split the filling process. The latter can increase the production speed (e.g. relevant/important when processing viscous materials).
