Automatic liquid filling and capping system. The liquid filling system has 2 filling heads moving in vertical and horizontal direction, which allow continuous filling and thus a higher number of cycles. Automatic detection of the position of the bottles and of the neck diameter of the lid. The Advantage is less adjustment work and sensor settings (within a certain range) have to be carried out. The change to different bottle dimensions is considerably facilitated, which ultimately results in lower machine downtime due to the time savings. Easy adjustment to different bottle width and height without the need for additional format sets. After filling, the bottles are conveyed by a conveyor belt to the automatic lid capping machine.
