Semi-automatic auger filler for 100-5000g. Suitable for dosing and filling powdery products. Stand-alone version including screw conveyor and storage container. Also included are: horizontal screw conveyor to prevent undesired trickling, dust removal preparation, PLC control and touch monitor, weighing sensor (works automatically with each dose), bag clip mechanism, screw conveyor for 500 and 2000g doses, lid for screw conveyor so it is closed. Suitable for filling into bags, cans, glasses, other containers. - Specifications auger filler: hopper volume: 50 litres; filling weight: 10-5000g (change of dosing screws required); stainless steel version AISI 304; servo motor; packaging accuracy: 1-2% (depending on product and total weight); max. speed of the machine in neutral: 50/minute; current: 1.5kW, 3P, 380V; machine dimensions: L600xW800xH1000mm; weight: 100kg. The screw conveyor has a stainless steel AISI 304 body with stainless steel pipe.
