The grinding angles of 2 knives may be preselected and changed by means of a quick change switch. The angles can be easily read off via scales. The grinding depth can also be adjusted infinitely.

Precise Guidance of the Grinding Machine
Thanks to the predefined motion sequences, a constant, uniform grinding can be achieved very quickly. The blades maintain their straight shape – whereas freehand sharpening will damage the knives over time as they lose their shape.
