USER FRIENDLINESS
The new swivel system of the processing units enables short set-up times, in which the position of the tools always remains constant when swiveling around the vertical as well as the horizontal axis, i.e. the swivel point always corresponds to the tool position. Even if the inclination changes, the shoulder length of the workpieces remains the same.

FLEXIBILITY
NOVA-3 is an extremely versatile processing machine. The large and reliable mechanics, the sophisticated design of the processing units and the innovative swivel system allow both short, heavily deformed workpieces and large parts to be machined with equal precision and high cutting performance. For the latter, the stable machine structure and the performance of the motors are a decisive factor. The flexibility is further underlined by the range of loading magazines; Depending on requirements, the customer can equip his machine with the ADR or APPC automatic loading system. The workpieces are loaded from suitable reference points.
The processed parts run out at the bottom of the machine and can therefore be easily removed by the operator, transferred to a conveyor belt or placed in a container. No manual intervention is required for this, the operator only has to load the magazine.
