We offer a biomass boiler from the renowned company Urbas – a top-of-the-line product for burning moist biomass.

Water temperature: 110 °C, Pressure: 6 bar
Output: 5.0 MW, nominal output reduced to 3.5 MW due to legal regulations and the absence of an electrostatic precipitator
Fuel: Wood chips, bark, sawdust, granulation: G 100, maximum humidity: 60%

The boiler includes a complete control cabinet, all wiring, all pumps and valves, sensors and probes, thermometers, piping, a multicyclone (smoke pre-filter with auger), hydraulic ash removal, hydraulic grates, and a hydraulic airlock beneath the boiler.

The hydraulic fuel feed is equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system in case of flame flashback.

Approximately 12 m of horizontal flue pipe. Three circulating air fans, a chimney fan controlled by a furnace vacuum sensor and temperature, a circulation pump with a three-way valve and shut-off valves, and a hydraulic fuel conveying system with a hydraulic actuator. Movable floor from the fuel storage area, 2 grates, floor dimensions 3.8 m x 10 m, including hydraulic pump and complete hydraulic hose set.

Segmented, double-walled, insulated chimney made of acid-resistant steel, 500 mm diameter, 15 m high.

Complete dismantling including opening and closing the roof, crane operation, loading, labeling of cables and pipes, and photographic documentation of the dismantling.
