We have used the system for slightly moist and sticky pipe tobacco. Therefore, it is suitable for all free-flowing products, such as spices, nuts, seeds, gummy bears, and many other types of food.

All components of the system have been finely tuned by an experienced team and operated as a complete line. If you want to fill free-flowing products into cans, or even first into bags and then into cans (both are possible), then this is the perfect system for you.

The line can fill both into tubular bag packaging as well as directly into cans.

The entire line has a capacity of 30 cans per minute. Some components of the system, such as the capper and labelling machine, have an even higher capacity.

Configured for 400 ml cans—both Obeck and Polipack brands ran flawlessly. Other can formats are possible; the system can be adapted accordingly (additional costs apply).

The system consists of:

- 14-head multihead weigher with platform (work platform): 1.9 m x 1.9 m x 1.8 m, including ladder and safety railing, and automatic product feed by Hangzhou Zon Packaging (do not be deterred—the supply of spare parts is excellent and the machine runs extremely reliably!)

- Tubular bag (form fill and seal) machine with Siemens control by Hangzhou Zon Packaging

- Can filling module from Wellman Anlagentechnik GmbH

- Can unscrambler from Tölke with automatic can feed (cans can be loaded by the carton)

- Capper from Bosch with automatic lid feeding (lids can be loaded by the carton)

- Labelling machine for lid and side labels from Herma

Alternatively, a screw conveyor for product feeding can also be offered, allowing the product to be taken directly from Eurobins and automatically filled.

Components of the line can also be purchased separately.
