The machine's modular frame design enables straightforward conversion and modification. The side doors in the welding area can be easily opened for quick tool changes. The control unit is a Siemens PLC (S7-300 control system). The heating elements are equipped with temperature sensors for temperature regulation and feature a safety shutdown function in case of overheating. The pin systems in the clamping plates ensure reproducible fixture positions.
