The brewhouse features a 470 L wort kettle and a 500 L lauter tun.

Heating is electric with a power rating of 21 kW. The heating elements are integrated into both the wall and the base. The brewhouse efficiency is up to a maximum of 74%. Original wort content can be achieved up to 18 degrees Plato.

It is a two-vessel brewhouse, consisting of a mash tun/wort kettle combination and a lauter tun/whirlpool vessel. Under the mash tun, there is a high-efficiency pump, enabling the wort to be mixed and transferred between vessels using hoses.

Recipe management, automatic mashing program, timer function, and manual operation mode are all controlled via a control unit equipped with a 7-inch touch display.

The built-in plate heat exchanger for sparge water preparation enables direct heating of tap water to the required temperature and gentle spraying into the lauter tun through jets in the lid. An additional hot water preparation unit is not necessary.

The integrated tube heat exchanger for wort cooling is installed within the insulated double wall of the brew kettle. This heat exchanger can cool hot wort from 96°C down to approximately 18°C in just 30 minutes using fresh water. The resulting cooling water can be collected directly back into the mash tun. This heated cooling water can be reused for the next brew.
