The Micro GAP 50 DC is ideal for welding tasks requiring precision, high-quality layer properties, and low dilution; especially when fully automatic welding is not appropriate or feasible due to small batch sizes or a variety of tasks. The welding units are available with various equipment features. Operation is via push-button selectors and rotary controls on the front display. The Micro GAP 50 DC is designed for manual and semi-automatic welding applications where frequent parameter adjustments are necessary. All settings are clearly shown on the LCD display in plain text. Up to 100 memory slots are available for storing welding parameters. The highly efficient inverter delivers 33 A at 100% duty cycle, which is sufficient for various micro plasma welding tasks.
