Special wood-fired furnace with refractory lining, secondary air fan, and 12 kW drive motor.
Gas direct-fired furnace FGDMV 8000 (natural gas) with modulating burner, pressure stabilizers, flame control system, 8 kW motor, and central control box.
Heavy-duty supporting frame made of carbon steel.
Rotary drum (3 coaxial sections, internal lifters, flanged head with inspection hatches, support rings, 4 support rollers, geared group drive, 30 kW motor).
High-efficiency fan with 166 kW drive motor.
Cyclone filter group (4 × USA 1400 type) with distribution duct.
Automatic lubrication line with electric pump, dosing nozzles, oil reservoir, and electronic drip system.
Main electrical control cabinet equipped with Siemens S7-200 PLC, Siemens color touch panel, frequency converter Danfoss, Omron controllers, spark detectors, safety relays, and local operator devices.
