In this system, the workpieces are suspended from an overhead conveyor line and pass continuously through a blasting chamber, ensuring high productivity and consistent quality.

Loading:
The parts are hung on rotating hooks or hangers attached to an overhead conveyor line.
Transportation:
The conveyor automatically carries the parts into the blasting chamber.
Blasting Process:
Inside the chamber, high-speed turbines throw steel shots or abrasive media onto the surface of the parts.
This removes rust, scale, burrs, and old paint layers, leaving a clean, roughened surface.
Rotation of the Hanger:
