We are a company based in 9000 St. Gallen (Switzerland) and imported this planetary ball mill from China in 2024. The machine is brand new and unused. We powered it on and let it run empty for a few minutes to verify its operational functionality. Included are 4 x 25-liter nylon containers. Additionally, 120 kg of zirconium oxide balls with a diameter of 1 mm are available.

The YXQM series of planetary ball mills for mass production is designed specifically for industrial applications and is geared towards medium-scale production capacities, meeting the requirements of commercial manufacturing. These systems ensure a smooth transition of materials from laboratory scale to production floor, maintaining process consistency and reproducibility for reliable performance of the produced materials. The unit is widely used in sectors such as new energy, metallurgy, electronics, ceramics, geology, mining, building materials, chemicals, light industry, cosmetics, environmental protection, and other material-manufacturing industries.

Planetary ball mills generate extremely high centrifugal forces, resulting in significant pulverization energy and hence short grinding times. They are suitable for industries where quality control processes demand the highest standards of purity, speed, fineness, and reproducibility. This series can be equipped with vacuum jars, enabling grinding under vacuum conditions. It is particularly well-suited for research tasks in scientific institutes, universities, and corporate laboratories to assess the feasibility of scaling up to mass production, as well as for routine applications such as mixing and homogenizing soft, hard, brittle, or fibrous materials from lab scale up to production.
