The condition for obtaining proper penetration welds is proper preparation and assembly of the part – e.g., lack of end ovality (faulty material), even gap (incorrect assembly), etc. In the case of densely packed nozzles in the bottom, welds may be impossible due to lack of access with the welding torch. - welding of nozzles in shells, welding of tubes in tube sheets with diameters ranging from 500 to 5000 mm. The tubes in the tube sheets should be repeatedly secured and expanded. When welding tubes in tube sheets with diameters greater than 3000 mm, it will be necessary to rotate the tank several times.
