Designed for flexible packaging of industrial food products, chemicals, powders, granular materials, frozen foods, snacks, dried fruits, rice, pasta, coffee, cereals, legumes, sugar, salt, flours, pet food, pellets, fertilizers, and other similar products. High productivity, great versatility, and a maximum speed of 60 bags per minute when working with bags that are 40 to 250 mm wide and up to 400 mm long. Accepts film, PE, composite films, heat-sealable paper, and recyclable film. Incorporates a PLC with an OMRON touch screen, software control, Ethernet and WiFi communication, peripheral integration, and SCADA connection capability. Features a vertical and horizontal sealing system, servomotor, encoder, photocell, toothed blade, Linatex belts, round, oval, or rectangular forming tubes, and an IP65 electrical panel. The machine includes a feed conveyor belt and an output conveyor belt, operates at 400 V with a three-phase power supply and an installed power of 1.5 kW. Maximum power consumption is 7 kW, and compressed air consumption is 50 to 150 l/min. Dimensions are 1950 x 1240 x 2020 mm.
