Containex

As-new container office consisting of three 20-foot containers by Containex (office container with 40 m² of floor space).

Location: Waldhambach, in Alsace, eastern France, 45 km from Saarland. If the container office is transported to Germany, the purchase price is tax-exempt as it qualifies as an intra-community supply free of VAT.

Barely used and in excellent condition. Newly purchased and installed in April 2023. Ideally designed, for example, as a reception office for truck deliveries/dispatches on industrial premises.

The container office has two entrance doors. The entrance on the left side, intended for visitors and suppliers, leads to a reception area with a reception counter and a restroom. The second entrance is for staff and leads into the staff office, also with a reception counter to the right. Behind the counter there are two workstations. Opposite, there is a third workstation with the reception desk for visitors/suppliers.

Commercial segregation between the reception area for visitors/suppliers and the staff area is provided by a lockable intermediate door.

Additionally, adjacent to the staff area, there is a meeting room/dining area with a fitted kitchen. Option to take over the furniture and electronic appliances (Delonghi coffee machine, Liebherr refrigerator, microwave).
