This is a Wet Cast concrete paving slab machine manufactured by Coote Engineering.
This wet cast paving machine is a complete automated production system designed for the efficient manufacture of wet cast paving slabs and concrete products. The system includes automatic operation throughout the main production process with: Automatic demoulding, auto tip out to eliminate dirt in carrier before filling, auto oiling, automatic weigh dosing system which can be changed by use of the HMI while still producing, auto ball placing by use of a Fanuc robot which protects the face of the product, automatic product stacking to any size of pallet. The machine can comfortably produce approximately 125mtrs per hour. This is a substantial piece of equipment suitable for a manufacture or a business looking to expand their range. The machine is also capable of manufacturing stepping stones, edgings and cladding plus many more different shapes. Because of the technology and automation the machine reduces production and labour costs with its efficiency and needing only 2 personnel to operate.
