A 1000 kg capacity gantry crane is an indispensable tool for workshop, assembly, and warehouse operations. Thanks to its mobile design, adjustable height, and the option of equipping it with a manually driven travelling trolley, it provides full flexibility and safety when lifting and transporting heavy components. Construction and Technology

The gantry crane is manufactured from durable steel profiles. The use of a 76 x 120 mm I-beam as the main supporting beam allows operation with professional chain hoists and travelling trolleys. The working width of 1750 mm is suitable for most manual hoists available on the market. Additional cross reinforcements and frame tensioners provide high structural rigidity, reducing the risk of deformation when operating at maximum load.

The travelling wheels are made from materials resistant to wear and mechanical damage, ensuring quiet and smooth movement of the crane. Each wheel is equipped with a parking brake, allowing the device to be securely locked in position during operation. This enables the operator to focus on precise load positioning without the risk of unwanted crane movement.

Safety and Ergonomics

Height adjustment in an unloaded condition is carried out using a convenient lever and two locking screws on each support, eliminating the risk of accidental frame lowering. All structural elements have been designed with user safety in mind, ensuring both stability and precise positioning of the crane.

This model does not include a hoist, giving the user complete freedom to select the appropriate lifting equipment according to the specific application. Both chain hoists and wire rope hoists can be used.
