The Steam Turbine C-32154 was manufactured by DRESSER-RAND Wellsville, NY 14895 USA and was intended for driving a carbon dioxide compressor in the urea production process. It was delivered in September 2007. The turbine has never been used or installed in the plant.

In December 2011, an inspection was carried out by Dresser-Rand service.

In 2018, the turbine rotor underwent an overhaul at the Dresser-Rand Le Havre Repair Center workshop.

The book value of the turbine at the time of purchase was PLN 8,783,457.93.
