Function

The TAM 25/600 cuts off and face-grinds ejector

pins, core-pins and punching-dies precisely within
seconds!
Workpieces from .032 to 1“ diameter, high speed
steel or thungsten-carbide can be cut easily.
Just insert the workpiece into the quick acting
chuck, adjust to desired length and cut it at once.
Optional there is an auxiliary chuck for very thin,
short or stepped pins.

After cutting off the work piece move it to end position,
snap in lock-pin and measure it by a micrometer.
Now finish workpiece to specified size by
advancing the fixture using the micrometer screw.
To dress the grinding wheel move grinding spindle
forward. It will now be dressed automatically by
the integrated dressing- diamond. This will leave
the micrometer screw at 0-position at all times.
