With the Powershot C, a medium-sized installation space can be depowdered in just ten minutes.
The time you need for parts cleaning,
and personnel in your production can be significantly reduced.

By investing in automated depowdering with the Powershot C
up to four manual blasting systems can be replaced.
Gentle surface treatment thanks to intelligent hardware functions
The blast cabinet of our Powershot C is equipped with a rotating basket and lined with stainless steel.
Different blasting nozzles and ionization ensure reproducible results.
A basket with a soft, replaceable lining protects the parts from damage during the process.
Two simultaneously operating blasting nozzles are arranged perpendicular to the rotating basket and the parts it contains.
This configuration guarantees efficient powder removal.
High ease of use with improved ergonomics and process control
Experience a new level of process control with touchscreen and integrated control panel.
The Powershot C is operated via a user-friendly interface
and pre-installed programs can be started.
Individual programs can be easily configured and saved.

Oft ist die Instandsetzung und Wiederinbetriebnahme von älteren Kammern unwirtschaftlich, da eine Neuanschaffung im laufenden Betrieb oftmals sinnvoller ist.
Zumeist ist die bauliche Struktur noch sehr gut, die Steuerung-, Regel- und Messtechnik jedoch veraltet oder defekt.
Sofern die Struktur und der Prüfraum der Kammer / Schrank noch gut ist, kaufen wir diese für einen fairen Preis an.
Die erwirtschaftete Summe kann dann reinvestiert werden.
