ELB-Schliff Perfekt 8 SPS

ELB Perfekt 8 SPS, year of manufacture 1998, grinding area 800 x 400 mm, grinding wheel 300 x 50 mm, 4.3 kW spindle power, SPS control for automatic grinding cycle (roughing, finishing, sparking out, lifting), dresser mounted on spindle head with compensation. The machine is currently being overhauled by us: the grinding spindle is being newly fitted with bearings, the guideways are being hand-scraped. After the overhaul, the machine will meet the geometry of a new machine and is thus immediately ready for operation. Accessories: electro-permanent magnetic chuck 800 x 400 mm, water tank with automatic paper filter, partial enclosure. All functions are tested, and the machine can be demonstrated under power at our facility. We are also happy to handle installation and on-site training. Financing/leasing is no problem; we’d be happy to provide an offer!
