Electronic double mitre saw with automatic feed of the movable cutting head, driven by a brushless motor with numerical control system. Pneumatic control of the angle adjustment in three fixed positions: 90°, 45°, and 22°30' (external), or via a mechanical system for manual adjustment of intermediate angles. Hydro-pneumatic feed of the saw blades. Swivelling heads: the rotation of the heads around the horizontal axis is performed by pneumatic cylinders, with adjustable angles ranging from 90° to 22°30' (external). Intermediate angles are set using special manually adjustable stops. The mobile units are equipped with integrated pneumatic drop-down safety devices for the working area.

Pneumatic intermediate support
The pneumatic intermediate support is particularly useful when cutting lightweight profiles of considerable length. In such cases, the pneumatic support automatically provides ideal support for the profile.

Additional clamp for profile support on roller conveyors
After each cut, the remaining short profile section tends to fall onto the roller track, posing the risk of coming into contact with the saw blade edge while the cutting phase is ongoing. This movement can potentially damage both the workpiece itself and the freshly cut section. The additional vise installed on the roller conveyor prevents this issue by securely holding the profile throughout the entire cutting operation.

Year of manufacture: 2019, as new! The saw has barely been used and protective film is still present on the printer and scales!
As the saw unfortunately does not have a cut counter, it is not possible to state exactly how many cuts have been made. However, it is immediately apparent upon inspection that the saw is virtually as new and has seen very little use. It was used by the previous owner solely for training purposes!
