Emmegi Trimmer 2A

The Trimmer 2A is a CNC corner cleaning machine for PVC window frames, equipped with 2 interpolated axes and an automatic cycle. When properly configured, it is able to check the dimensions of the workpiece. It is fitted with a 275 mm diameter blade, which allows, through different machining programs, the cleaning of the external corner on various profiles. The Trimmer 2A also features upper and lower units with blades for cleaning the bead seams, as well as upper and lower units with knives for cleaning internal corners. Cleaning of both internal and external corners can be completed using the upper and lower drilling/milling units for cleaning the corners or the gasket seats. The processing units can be programmed independently via a CNC PC, which controls the profile programming and the machine’s operation, in either manual or automatic mode.
