We hereby offer our used machine from the manufacturer Ergo Pack.
It is a mobile, ergonomic pallet strapping system with an electric drive.
It was specifically designed to allow one person to safely strap pallets while standing, without bending over or walking around the pallet.

The strapping head moves under the pallet using a motor, picks up the 19 mm x 1 mm PET strapping, and guides it upwards on the opposite side.

The operator can grasp the strap in a back-friendly manner while standing and insert it into the integrated sealing device.

The PET or PP strap is automatically tensioned, sealed, and cut.

The device is operated with a 24V lead-acid battery pack (charger included).

The offered strapping machine is suitable for 15-19 mm PP or PET strap, with a strap thickness of 0.80-1.30 mm and a maximum tensile force of 4500 N.

The strapping machine was completely overhauled in May 2025 for €2400 and was only used a few times for testing due to a product change.
The new price was €12,000 (first owner).
The machine can be thoroughly tested at our facility.
