Exile SPYDER II DTS 30

We are offering this used Exile SPYDER II DTS 30 machine for CTS/computer-to-screen creation of printing stencils for screen printing.

THE MACHINE WAS RECENTLY SERVICED AND THOROUGHLY OVERHAULED BY THE MANUFACTURER IN 04/2026:
- NEW PRINT HEAD
- HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE UPDATE (including a new board for controlling the print head)
- REPLACEMENT OF SMALLER COMPONENTS (including a vacuum regulator)

Despite being manufactured in 2021, this SPYDER II is technically up-to-date in terms of its most important components and delivers correspondingly very good and precise results. The print quality has improved significantly since this upgrade. In textile screen printing, we use it to expose halftone screens up to 60 LPI, but the machine also prints finer test files.

The reason for considering selling the machine at this time is the transition to a laser-to-screen device.
