For the past 15 years, we have also been active in pallet industry and have developed a lot of machines over the years for nailing, automatic timber feeding and stacking. LNM3500 is a flexible, compact and efficient pneumatic nailing machine for manufacturing legs for pallet production. User-friendly program, which means the changeover takes place very quickly and the machine can save settings for over 100 different legs. Three Bostitch nail guns with magazines for jumbo coils equipped with indicators. Possible to produce legs with 2-30 blocks/leg. Equipped with large cassette for boards. Protective cover for sound attenuation and for a safe function. The machine is controlled from a 10" touch screen. Beckhoff control system.

The machine can be equipped with an optimized block cutter, as well as automatic block feeding into the nailing machine. The block cutter can be mounted on the back side of the nailing machine or on the side.
