The automatic edge banding machine WDN0004 is designed for the hot processing of pre-glued edge bands for finishing straight and contoured panels. Thanks to this technology, the thickness between the edge and the panel is practically eliminated, resulting in an excellent finish. Quick setup and commissioning: the machine is ready for operation in just 2 minutes. Manufactured by the Italian brand Freutek, the unit features a scratch-resistant work surface and a robust sheet metal frame, and comes equipped with an automatic feeder. Dual scrapers ensure a clean, glue-free finish. The machine is fitted with automatic edge banding on both the front and rear sides. Additional rollers on the work surface ensure optimum pressing pressure of the panel against the glue unit. A powerful 3.59 kW motor provides the necessary performance. The Freutek WDN0004 offers maximum protection against burns during processing and is equipped with an adjustable-height edge guide, a rubber infeed roller, double flat scrapers on both panel sides, and an edge cutter. Edge thickness: 0.4–2 mm. Panel thickness min./max.: 12/43 mm. Feed speed: 7 m/min.
