High-quality Airpad machine from a renowned manufacturer. Suitable for producing custom-designed, air-filled protective and cushioning elements made of PA and PE film, as well as paper-based bubble wrap.

Typically, four air cushions are produced per working cycle. Various formats can be produced. For this purpose, 10 programs are available to store multiple parameters. By calling up the corresponding program on the display, air cushions can be produced with lengths ranging from 4 cm to 16 cm and individually defined fill levels. The resulting air cushion strips are then wound into rolls by a motorized device. When the roll is full, the machine automatically shuts down. The finished roll can then be manually removed and used as packaging material.

The machine can be moved by pushing it on its rollers and secured in place using brakes.

The machine can be demonstrated while powered on.
