GOM Scan 1 works with ZEISS INSPECT, the established standard in 3D metrology. Powerful mesh processing functions support you in projects such as 3D printing and reverse engineering. The projection unit of the GOM Scan 1 is based on Blue Light Technology. The sensor uses narrowband blue light and filters out disruptive ambient light during image acquisition. Thanks to the powerful light source, short measurement times are achieved.
With ZEISS INSPECT, you can smooth, thin, and refine polygon meshes, fill holes, or extract curvature lines. The result is highly precise meshes that can be saved in many formats. Another advantage is our smart polygonization. This allows you to create meshes with the highest level of detail while keeping the file size easy to manage.
GOM Scan 1 is an optical fringe projection scanner. It captures the entire surface of your components using blue fringe patterns and produces a high level of detail in a very short time.
