We are selling a damaged machine that requires repair – sold as is, without warranty:

Damages (not a complete list):
Ball screw of the X-axis is defective, including bearing, adjusting nut, timing belt, and 2 x adjusting nut KGT.
Disc spring package on the fixed stop of the X-axis is defective.
Hood of the HSA spindle is defective.
Machine terminal is defective.
MC screen/hard drive is defective.
Slight deformations on the chip conveyor and compression on cable connections.

The connecting lines of the terminal are defective and must be completely replaced.
The tension bolts of the catching device of the Z-axis must be replaced.
The machine geometry can only be measured after the machine has been electrically repaired. Any further damage to the geometry can only be recorded and determined afterward.
The energy chain must be replaced. Length approx. 1,400 to 1,500 mm.
Whether the Sauter swivel head was damaged during transport can only be determined during commissioning.
The vertical slide of the Z-axis is defective and must be replaced.
The left door must be straightened. Welding work may be required on the guide.
Door switch and emergency stop chain must be checked during commissioning.
Straightening work may be required at the pick-up station, as the terminal collided with it.
The linear measuring system (LMG) of the X-axis is defective and must be replaced.
The machine is sold in its damaged condition as a damaged object requiring repair without any warranties!
The machine must be picked up within a short period, no later than week 39, otherwise storage costs will be charged.

Storage costs: from 21.09.2026, to be borne by the buyer.
