Description of the drill:
The VS 50 GB electric drill is designed for drilling, roughing, hole reaming, and threading in single-unit and series production. This machine consists of four main parts: cabinet, column, electrical installation, and cooling system. The spindle housing is adjustable and can be rotated 360° on the column. The model is equipped with a feed. The machine is characterized by its rigid construction and operational reliability. The drill has four feed stages with an electromagnetic clutch. The reduction gear and feed gears are lubricated with oil vapor, which is provided by a pump located in the lower part of the housing. The electromagnetic clutch ensures the tension of the selected feed rate and simultaneously disengages the machine feed when the set drilling depth is reached or when the maximum spindle pressure is exceeded (due to a damaged or blunt tool).
The drilling depth is set on a millimeter scale. The drilling spindle is mounted on ball bearings, and a spiral spring ensures spindle return. The electrical equipment is housed in the electrical housing and fully complies with all EU regulations. The machine controls are located on the front panel.
