Overview The Heuft InLine IR – high speed empty bottle inspector is characterized by its compact installation dimensions. High-speed inspection of empty bottles is easily possible (up to 50,000 bottles/h). It can perform all standard inspections (sidewall inspection, infeed inspection, neck finish inspection, base inspection, discharge inspection, HF caustic and IR residual liquid detection). In addition, it has a separate module for foreign bottle detection (height, contour, color). In 2016 it was overhauled and modified installed including conveyor control.
