Professional binder for perfect softcover. Fully automatic binder with an exceptionally stable type of construction, equipped with a hot glue gluing device, effective also for small and very small quantities of legs or sheets. The Horizon BQ-270V binder is a single-jaw machine with automatic cover feeding, which, operated by one person, delivers impeccably bound books in consistently high quality. Standardly equipped with a scanner measuring the thickness of the insert, it allows you to glue books using the „on demand” technology.

Binds books with a thickness of 0.5 to 50 mm and a spine length of 135 to 320 mm with a maximum number of copies up to 500 books/hour.
Factory-built cutter with additional cutting knives.
Maximum milling depth up to 3 mm.

Automatic cover feeding using a suction drum with a certain, constant setting relative to the bound sheets.

A factory-built installation creating 4-fold creases on the cover, which is set automatically with precise adjustment. As an option, 6 creases can be installed for gluing books with bookmarks
