SAS200 – Automatic Casing-Free Forming & Cutting System for Meat, Fish, and Pet-Food Snacks

This professional system is designed for the industrial production of high-margin, casing-free snacks such as mini salami, meat sticks, jerky strips, fish snacks, and pet treats. The SAS200 can be connected to any standard rotary vacuum filler — including Handtmann, REX, Vemag, or our own gear-driven vacuum filler.

• Forming nozzles: cylindrical (Ø8–20 mm) and flat (25×5 mm to 200×5 mm)
