High-performance dry ice blasting system IC 310 S with integrated dry ice mill IS 10 (built-in fully automatic crushing device) for delicate cleaning using micro-particles up to aggressive blasting on demanding surfaces.

The patented dry ice mill IS 10 allows you to reduce 3 mm dry ice pellets to 1.5 mm micro-pellets as needed, enabling you to clean even sensitive surfaces, such as polished surfaces, pneumatic and electrical lines, machine panels, or vehicle interiors.

The patented, continuously adjustable dosing system operates reliably without any loss of compressed air. The working pressure ranges from 1 to 16 bar. The compressed air supply hose is 10 m long.

The integrated flow system prevents freezing and subsequent clogging at the hopper outlet. The design of the tube and hose system prevents the pellets from breaking. The blasting gun is ergonomically shaped, robust, safe, and easy to use. An optional LED lamp is available for the blasting gun.

The stainless steel frame and machine housing guarantee a long service life. The machine requires only minimal maintenance costs, even under the most demanding operating conditions.

The stainless steel hopper has a capacity of 13 kg. The dry ice consumption is between 10 and 100 kg/h.
