The machine is being sold because our company's processing division has been discontinued. This Jagenberg Diana gluing machine is the ultimate all-rounder for folding carton gluing. Most of our folding cartons had an open size between 14 and 30 cm, but with a maximum width of 125 cm, large formats are no problem either. The machine can handle straight-line, crash-lock bottom, as well as 4- and 6-corner gluing. It was operated in single-shift mode without any technical issues. We retrofitted the quality inspection system from hhs, which includes product type detection with an ejection station and glue application monitoring. All belts were regularly replaced. The electric motor has been completely overhauled with new windings. The machine's main drive is via a robust coupling system rather than belts, as is common with later models.
