Machines run perfectly, 100% functional (refurbished)

The machines come from a curtain band production and were originally equipped with a Z compartment.
They were converted to standard compartments as part of the general overhaul.

All tension trees and press rollers have been newly vulcanized by Westland.
The card rollers in the chain case are also new or newly vulcanized.
The central lubrication in the chain case has been optimized by us.
All machines have the first shaft free (for heavier reeds) and have 12 shafts installed.
All machines are equipped with Mütrans II.

Individual machines with double belt take-off (heavy fabrics) can optionally be supplied. I think possible for 4-5 machines.
It is also possible to equip it with finely knurled tension trees. I think it is also possible for 4-5 machines.

All needle holders are suitable for double needles. For this purpose, two additional Mütrans II can be installed upon request.

The machines have been rebuilt from scratch. All bearings, shafts and bushings have been checked and replaced if necessary.
All swing arms have been checked and replaced if necessary.
Installed are:
1st shaft free (spacer block installed)
2nd and 3rd shaft swingarm 201
4th - 6th shaft swing arm 202
7th - 9th shaft swing arm 203
10th - 12th shaft swing arm 204
13th shaft swing arm 205

All shaft springs have been checked and replaced if necessary. Nothing is porous, cracked or defective.

The electrical installation has been checked, the circuit board for the thread monitoring has been checked and, if necessary, repaired or replaced.

The machines are painted in RAL 6021 Müller pale green.

All panels are clean and free of damage.

The machines come without Müdata.

4 machines are also equipped with a crawler gear.

The machines have been set up and tested.

The machines come without oil, strands, slats, reeds, needles and chain links.
