The Newlands MTC135 conveyor is a mobile, telescopic belt conveyor designed for loading and unloading vehicles. It features a standard 600mm belt width, a mobile chassis with steering, and hydraulic height adjustment. The belt speed is 30m/min, and it can handle a maximum load of 50kg/m. The conveyor's closed length is approximately 6.7m, and it extends up to 13.5m into a vehicle. The MTC can be installed either on a loading dock or on ground level when a high level chassis and inclined tail conveyor are incorporated. The unique Newland MTC design offers the most compact machine available, with the advantage of utilising minimal floor space in the busy loading dock area. The fully cantilevered design eliminates the need for support off the vehicle floor and requirement for dock levellers.
