Cooling/filter installation with vacuum filter

Function:
A vacuum pump directly connected to the filter drum's inner chamber draws the medium into the drum. During this process, contaminants are retained on the filter drum’s surface by a fine-mesh fabric.
The vacuum increases due to the resistance caused by the accumulating filter cake. When a preset negative pressure is reached, the drum is automatically rinsed.
An installed scraper chain removes the sludge. The system can be controlled either via a PLC controller or directly from the processing machine.
