The subject of this offer is a used G2000 bun production line with a Mini Rex Futura divider-rounder from 2009.

Designed for producing the following types of rolls:
• Round stamped rolls

• Elongated unstamped rolls

• Twisted rolls
• Kaiser rolls
• Hot dog rolls
• Poznań rolls

Product description:

• Fully automatic and compact bun production line
• Based on a rotary Mini Rex Futura divider-rounder from 2009
• 2-row operation
• Manual removal of products from the discharge conveyor
• Stamping station with easily interchangeable tools; includes Kaiser and Corinthian stamping heads
• Integrated elongation and flattening unit
• Weight range:
- For stamped rolls: dough piece weight from 25g to 75g – output: 1,800 pcs/h to 2,640 pcs/h
- For unstamped rolls: dough piece weight from 80g to 125g – output: 1,800 pcs/h to 3,960 pcs/h
• Proofing time: approx. 6 minutes at an output of 2,000 pcs/h
• Dough types: wheat, graham, yeast, doughnuts
• Single-person operation

The machine is currently undergoing a general overhaul, which is expected to be completed by mid-June 2026.
