Function :
Stage 1 is a heated degreasing and phosphating stage. The stage has an external heat
exchanger. Water, to compensate for evaporation and adhesion losses, is supplied from
stage 2 through a separate circulation pump. An electronic level controller maintains a
constant level of the liquid.

Total pump capacity 4.300 l/min – 18 MVS/ 22 kW
Circulation pump 1 x W35 – 2,2 kW
Total pump capacity 380 l/min – 10MVS/ 1,96 kW
Heat exchanger gas max. 250 kW
Spray pressure 1 – 1,5 bar

Stage 2 is an unheated rinsing stage with water supply from stage 3. The water is
supplied through a separate circulation pump. The stage has overflow to the drain.
Pump type W80 – 11 kW
Total pump capacity 2.150 l/min – 18 MVS/ 11 kW
Spray pressure 1 – 1,5 bar
Stage 3 is an unheated fine rinsing stage with demineralised water from the reverse
osmosis plant. The demineralised water is supplied direct from the osmosis plant. An
electronic level controller maintains a constant level of the liquid.

Total pump capacity 2.150 l/min – 18 MVS/ 11 kW
Spray pressure 1 – 1,5 bar
Stage 4 is a final fine osmosis rinse direct from the osmosis plant.
The plant has cascade rinse technique with automatic level supervision for reducing the
wastewater to a minimum.
Maintenance and service friendly construction, all electrical elements are accessible from
outside.
