This professional immersion breading machine, Tempura Dipper type, with a belt width of 500 mm, is a versatile industrial device designed for continuous coating of food products with both thin and thick liquid batters. It finds wide application in the processing of poultry (nuggets, wings), fish (fish sticks, breaded portions), as well as vegetables and vegetarian products (onion rings, breaded cheeses).

The machine operates based on a system of fully immersing the raw material in a tank filled with liquid batter or tempura. The design with two cooperating belts (a lower conveying belt and an upper pressing belt) ensures that the light product does not float to the surface but is evenly coated with batter on all sides. Speed adjustment of the belt advance on the control panel allows for perfect synchronization of the device with the forming machine at the inlet and the fryer or freezer tunnel at the outlet of the line.
