The robust structure gives the machine the necessary rigidity and precision to the cutting group. The belt drive is equipped with a two-speed motor and a special reducer complete with bronze gear with hardened and ground worm screw. The flywheels are suitably sized and the belt guides are sturdy and made with watertight bearings and adjustable carbide plates. By means of the electromechanical microswitch control it is possible to tension the band with the rotation of the blade. Equipped with an accident-prevention safety device on the flywheel cover and on the blade, the machine is completed by a rotating table for resting the material and a vice with a rapid approach device. Operation.
