Overview

Pilot-scale tunnel for the continuous thermal treatment of packaged products by water spray. The unit heats or cools filled containers – PET and glass bottles, jars, cans – as they travel through the tunnel on a modular conveyor belt. Heating and cooling run as separate cycles, one process per pass. Temperature is regulated by a PT-100 probe and a controller acting on a direct steam injection valve, which keeps operation simple and the set point stable.

Frame, tanks and main components are built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel. The machine was used exclusively in a pilot plant for R&D trials and never ran in full-scale industrial production. It is in excellent condition, well maintained, and already dismantled and stored.
