This universal and multifunctional oven enables the perfect baking of a wide range of products. The Condo combines the capabilities of a large artisan oven with high mobility and a small footprint.

The temperature in the baking chamber does not drop because the humidification device is a separate module with its own heating system.
The bread can be described as "stone-baked bread" because the baking chambers are lined with stone plates.
