# OCS 500 Twin Track Conveyor and Assembly System with PRO-HUB Chain Hoist
For sale is a comprehensive conveyor and assembly system from OCS Overhead Conveyor System AB, type OCS 500 (Twin Track), from project 2064 – Streetscooter Düren.
The OCS 500 is a modular conveyor system designed for the transport of hanging trolleys. The trolleys can be moved manually or automatically within the system between different sections and workstations. The project-specific overall drawings show two assembly areas, designated as "Assembly Line 1" and "Assembly Line 2", as well as the transfer areas QVE1 and QVE2.
The driven sections of the OCS system operate according to the friction principle. Friction wheels transfer the movement of a rotating drive tube to the trolleys. The drive tube is driven by V-belts and worm gear motors. The manufacturer specifies a normal operating speed of 12–20 m/min for the OCS-500 system. Manual sections are also possible within the system.
The system includes chain hoists from PRO HUB Hebetechnik GmbH, designed for lifting passenger cars or commercial vehicles. The vehicle is supported via four lifting points. The lifting systems have pivoting and lockable lifting arms as well as a hydraulic safety device.
