The device must be manually inserted into the inside of the metal coil; the four support arms can then be tensioned in place using the winding handle. Strong tensioning is aided by the structural design and a thrust bearing mounted behind the clamping nut.
With the device fixed in place, the metal coil can be lifted to the decoiler stand by crane or forklift.
The sheet metal can be continuously unwound from the stand with a suitable pulling machine, while overrun is prevented by an adjustable disc brake.
Decoilers are also available new at a price of 1,440,000 HUF + VAT.
